Need to return an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you received from the Lipton Baby online boutique, we will be happy to issue a return or exchange, within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is still in its original packaging and has not been worn or washed. Lipton Baby items purchased from our online boutique MUST be returned with their original tags and packaging.

Return/Exchange will be accepted with the following reasons:

  • Damaged item

-Complete with free gifts, accessories, and in original packaging
-Tags and labels attached

  • Item does not fit

-Not applicable from shipped abroad
-Unused condition
-Complete with free gifts, accessories, and in original packaging
-Not damaged
-Tags and labels attached

  • Not as advertised

-Unused condition
-Complete with free gifts, accessories, and in original packaging
-Not damaged
-Tags and labels attached

  • Wrong item delivered

-Unused condition
-Complete with free gifts, accessories, and in original packaging
-Sealed condition-except when item cannot be identified in its original packaging
-Not damaged
-Tags and labels attached

  • Missing Parts/Items

-Unused condition
-Not damaged
-Tags and labels attached

How to return an item?

Give us a call to (02) 926 2877. One of our sales team will give you instructions on how to return an item. Note: Please wait for instructions and return address before sending anything back.

For your protection, we recommend that you return all items via a traceable carrier and method such as LBC, 2Go or JRS Express. Lipton Baby is not responsible for packages lost or not received if a tracking number is not provided. You are responsible for prepaying your return shipment; Lipton Baby will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
